Sharing of game sessions is not permitted.
If the selected slot is unavailable due to a waiting queue at the center, the next available slot will be allocated.
The offer is valid only for the selected date. Once a slot is booked, the date cannot be changed.
Guests on the waiting list are not permitted inside the bowling alley premises until their slot is allocated.
Bowling shoes are mandatory for all players.
Guests must vacate the bowling lane immediately after their game or allotted time has ended.
Food and beverages will be shifted to the restaurant table once the bowling session is completed.
In the event of a power outage or technical issue, a replacement game will be provided. No cash refund will be issued.
