Play Pass — Terms & Conditions

  1. The Play Pass includes 12 Bowling Games, 5 complimentary Video Games and 25% off F&B.
  2. Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused benefits will expire thereafter.
  3. Valid at participating The Game Palacio outlets across India.
  4. Existing gaming cards may be used. There is no restriction on the number of people playing, subject to lane availability and operational capacity.
  5. Proof of digital purchase must be presented at the time of redemption.
  6. The booklet is linked to the registered mobile number and is non-transferable.
  7. Cannot be clubbed with other offers, discounts, birthday packages, corporate packages or group bookings.
  8. The 5 complimentary Video Games and 25% F&B discount are one-time-use benefits and must be redeemed in a single visit.
  9. Redemption is subject to activity availability, lane availability and operational restrictions.
